I’ve been married to an awesome man for decades. This statement he made, “We need better fears,” is helping to transform my life.

Rather than being afraid of success or of failure, I have decided to be afraid of not doing.

Rather than being afraid I don’t have the creativity or the ability, I have decided to be afraid that I’m wasting my creativity and ability if I’m not using it.

Rather than being afraid that no one will like the work, I have decided to be afraid that I won’t get it out to the people whose lives it will impact if I’m not pushing forward.

I am a brilliant and prolific author. Remind me to tell you about that at some point, too.
